Shipping Within Nigeria
We offer nationwide delivery via trusted courier partners.
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days (after dispatch)
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available in select cities). Delivery times may vary based on location and courier availability.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your destination and customs clearance.
Please note: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
Address & Delivery Issues
Ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing checkout. Kinvlux is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Preorders
For preorder items, please check individual product descriptions for estimated dispatch dates. Orders containing preorder items will be shipped together once all items are available.
Item not delivered?
- If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because packages may have been delayed by selected courier service.
- Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered.
- Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.
